Biog: "After graduating I initially worked for Costain Civil Engineering in and around London and then for William Sindall Ltd in and around the South East of England.
Since 1995 I have run my own consultancy, J N Tait Associates, and specialise in the resolution of construction disputes. I am a practising arbitrator, adjudicator and mediator as well as a tutor/lecturer/examiner on related topics for the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the College of Estate Management at Reading."
