1D modeling of a Rotating Detonation Engine

This project involves the development of a skeleton of an open source, simplified model for a rotating detonation engine (RDE), using existing models, and coding it in a way that makes it simple to access potential performance, using realistic thermodynamics, and some empirical experimental knowledge.

Fundamentals can be found in the papers below:

Requirements: good understanding of compressible flow, interest in propulsion, good ability in coding in python, C++ and or Julia.
